Went in and asked for a muffin and two sausage rolls - the young lady gave me the sausage rolls so I asked for the muffin as well, she then shook her head at me and looked really annoyed I'd asked for the muffin. I even said thank you and goodbye and she blatantly ignored me. The other ladies are usually very nice - she is not. Horrible attitude and service - hope she had a rubbish shift x

Customer service excellent. I visited today no hot sausage rolls. Staff informed me how long they would be and to come back. They had already done my coffee. Just said no problem we will make you a new one when you call back for your sausage roll. Excellent staff soPleasant. Will I go back of course and thankyou

Nice clean store. Food is usually very nice although the temperature of the pasties can vary from really hot to cold.

Just the best sin once a week. The different between a greggs donut and an asda/tesco one is just unreal.

Only visit for the pasties. Although they seem (to me) to have changed over the years, it's still something I pay more for every now and then (there's pound bakery a few shops down the road which are cheaper).

Usually get a breakfast roll, pay for two fillings and half the time only does one. Getting too distracted behind till and rushing around.
