For the second time now I have received half my order. We only ordered a box meal and a 4 stack burger which came to £28. They only sent out the box meal. Told the driver who said they are rubbish and he cant do anything and to ring the restaurant. Rang them and all they could say is sort it with Uber eats as we can't do anything. Friday night treat before bed and one of us sat with no food. I won't be ordering again ?

During my recent visit to Mr. T's at King's Cross, I was not only treated to exceptional food but also encountered a friendly and welcoming staff at the counter. The warm service added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.The restaurant itself was well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable environment to savour their delectable offerings. Mr T’s interior decor is warm and cosy. Their upstairs sitting is quite good.Notably, their commitment to consistent taste across their dishes is truly commendable. If you're seeking a dining experience that combines flavorful food, friendly service, and a clean ambience, Mr. T's is undoubtedly a standout choice.Based on what I tried I recommend their Pizza which costs 8-9.5 £ per pizza.Their beef burgers and smash burgers are quite good and tasty. The price I paid was 10 pounds.I also enjoyed their quad Patty Burger was delicious it's called Fantastic Four Burger. I paid 9 quids for it.Their Peri chicken was lovely and was served with steak fries. It cost around 9 pounds.Normally price per person will be 10 pounds.Dietary restrictions: Halal.

We cannot fault Mr T's Halifax, the food is great as is the service. Fantastic kids meal offer over the Summer Holidays has been really appreciated by our family.Great service received by Taylor at the front of house (two weeks in a row now) - give this lady a raise!

If I could give a zero I would. Burger tastes awful and the chips have been fried by the looks of it numreous times. This seems to be reoccuring issue with Mr Ts.

It's a shame to write this review as we came with friends and young children during the school holidays 99p kids meal offer which was very good. The food was of good quality but unfortunately as an overall review including service and conditions inside Mr Ts Batley I have to give a 'poor' rating. Poor service: * we came as a group of different families so ordered separately but explained we are together. They gave us one buzzer so we could get our food together. The first order came, they said wait two minutes for the second order, we waited and waited, by now the first family have eaten their food (kids are hungry so we couldn't ask them to wait). I returned 3 x and the food was still not ready, I could see the kids burgers were boxed but first time told I had to wait for the chicken box and only when my friend came they said ok take the burgers BUT I was still waiting for my meal. The staff were nice and polite enough but had no understanding that we were a group with hungry kids, the rest had eaten and I ended up eating alone. The point of eating out with friends is so we all eat together. They kept saying 'sorry just 2 minutes' one staff even saw me and asked 'youre still waiting!?' In a shocked manner. No offer of discount, return voucher or some consolation considering the situation, only because I happen to be a quiet customer who doesn't want to get riled up. Had I maybe been aggressive or been a man they might have treated me differently??? * poor conditions I attended on 11.8.23 at ~2:30pm, it was a hot day. There are no blinds/curtains to provide shade and the main area with large bench had a lot of sun shining through. When we asked if we can sit in the larger area we were told it was for pre booked groups only, but the entire time we were there noone used it? We asked if they can put the AC on and got told 'i dont even know if we have that'. We could see big AC units but can assume they don't work or never used due to cost. It was hot inside and not pleasant at all. It was not busy, they had a lot of staff and I just felt very disappointed at the service and my overall experience eating in at Mr Ts Batley.

The Zinger Burger Meal at Mr. T's Halifax is my go-to when I'm craving a juicy burger. The chicken is always tender and the zingy sauce adds just the right amount of heat. Highly recommend!
