Poor. The whole place looked tatty & not very clean. I had the goats cheese flatbread which could have been good, had it not been absolutely drowned in balsamic vinegar. There were 10 of us, so it was a costly trip, & it won't be repeated.

We went today as a family to take my Mum and Dad out for the festive period. My dad had a stroke a couple of years ago so struggles to get out and his mobility isn’t very good. We arrived just as the buffet was finishing as it took us so long to get dad into and out of the car. The team at the Halifax restaurant couldn’t have been more helpful with us and went above and beyond to make mum and dads visit really enjoyable. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to them and the manager, so sorry I don’t get his name!!

We get delivery, they know us now, remember our orders and only take around 30 mins. Very polite and courteous, good food.

Ordered via deliveroo and was given an estimated delivery time, but pizza hutt decided to reject my order after making me wait an hour, or roughly 5 minutes before it was due.Unacceptable - if you can't fulfill an order then reject it straight away. Its a shame as kids were really looking forward to it but had to wait another hour while we made new arragements.

first time to this one as we visited piece hall xmas market, this pizza hut was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, food good too , keep up the good work we will be back?Parking: plenty of room

This place has wide variety on menu and kids menu is seperate. And best part is you get free unlimited salad bowl with each main course. My whole family loved it.Vegetarian options: They have a variety for vegetarians. We are purely vegetarian and so it is difficult to find dishes on menus but here is a lot.

Came for lunch… only 3 x families sitting… we were the 4th family… manager took us to table and rudely pointed me to a QR code on the table for online order and then went away…. No assistance offered with online order…. My internet was not working very well… I waited for someone to come back and assist me in ordering but we sat for 20 min… no body came… then I noted that manager is taking in person order from another family…..I raised hand quite a few times but he did not paid any attention…. After waiting 20 mins we left the Restuarant…. On our way out, I told manager that your service was poor and no one came to assist with ordering through R code…. Manger rudely dismissed us and was not bothered at all…. I have strong feeling that he was a racist because we are the only family who were of Asian heritage…. Other families were white……I felt humiliated…. Will never go to Pizza Hut again……

Very poor value for money and overall lack of quality.We paid £20 each for two adult buffets at lunch, upon seeing the buffet we couldn't believe how terrible it was. Remnants of three barely medium-sized pizzas, and they were all poor quality anyway with little to know toppings.I decided to give it a miss, letting the waitress know that for £20pp it was pretty rubbish. She told me that the pizza oven was full and that more will be out in 15 minutes. I said no thank you, can I just get a refund for mine as my wife managed to salvage three tiny slices.Was told she needed to let the manager know (who was nowhere to be seen for an hour during lunch). Waitress returned and said that'll be fine.Kids enjoyed the ice cream, but we won't be returning due to the poor quality and overpriced buffet.

Ordered a hot vegetable pizza which was basically a jalapeño Pizza with a a bit of onion. Chef said everything is measure out in cups apparantley. Rest of the food was less than average and overpriced.
It's pizza hut. The buffet was good. Both chefs however were so rude and obnoxious towards children with special needs. The ice cream factory was broken. Just seemed to lack organisation and enthusiasm for customer care.

Placed an order through uber app,The food arrived it was cold, I rang the outlet only to be told that the issue was with the uber app driver and not them .To be fair they offered to re cook the order if we picked it up, but we had no way of doing this.So I won't be using this service again.

Service was very average and I'm also not a fan of doing everything online. I want the restaurant experience with members of staff. Might as well have got take away if I'm going to do everything my self.Food was very average.I also had to ask for the heating to be turned up and me and other customers were complaining about the cold.

Poor service. The lady wasn't even smiling when she greated us at the door.There was a leaking ceiling with a bucket to collect water right in the middle of the restaurant.The salad bar was horrible with wet bowls stacked for us to use. Had to go through a few to pick the bottom dry ones.The only okayish thing that was hot and spicy veggie pizza even then, iv had better from a different pizza hut.

Quite quickly seated within 5 mins of entering,Arrived at our seats and across from us there was a leaking roof in the middle of the restaurant with a bucket catching the drips.The girl that showed us to our seats asked if we could order on the app or would we like her to do it for us, that was the last anybody had spoke to us until asking if we had finished at the end.Went to fill our drinks up as its self service, one of the seats we had to walk past was a right mess, literally food all over the floor, that was like that from walking in until we left 90 mins later.The salad bar was near enough empty might as well not bothered with that, and again more food on the floor than in the food compartments.The pizza was luke warm when it arrived and the starter was hot, both was really nice just the pizza could of been hotter, dessert took 30 mins to arrive after we had finished, which seemed a long time when the restaurant wasn't even busy,If this would of been our first time we wouldn't bother going back it's only that we know other pizza huts are much cleaner and better service!Can do better halifax, come on!!
