Best chai latte I've tasted. Super friendly staff. I'm a regular customer.Parking: No free parking. Parking on street with pay meters or car parks nearby but again payable.

Family food out, I had the chicken supreme. The pesto sauce on this is so good. Highly recommended the food

Excellent service, staff catered for my family of five. We were served quickly, drinks and food arrived together. The coffee was very good. We had cake too. Highly recommend a visit here.

Strange process in place. Queue to get a table, then go outside again and queue to get back in to place your order. The food was ok, the staff seemed stressed and rushed.

Really friendly staff and the Chai Latte is the best I've ever tasted. A regular visit when we are in town.

In this place on two occasions now our food has come way before the coffees or drinks at least ten minutes. This is poor hospitality etiquette. Food ends up being cold before you have anything to drink with your food. Communication could be better between the food and drinks service delivery to prevent this.

I don't live local, Wales, but took a detour on my way home from Harrogate to Halifax. Part of the reason being because I've visited this place 3 time in two years and the reason is the food, the soup in particular. I've tried 3 different soups now and I am amazed at the quality of soups this little place produces. Seriously top quality soup, and sandwiches to be fair, but the soup is better than some so called top restaurants I've had soup at. Had this been available to buy off the shelf I would certainly have stocked up. The taste is superb and balanced perfectly in flavour and texture.. This is every time I've visited and every soup tried. Definitely worth a visit and reasonably priced.

Been here a few times, food is delicious and good quality The chicken and chorizo melt is outstanding! Beautiful soft baguette and plenty of food on the plate as it’s served with crisps and a side salad. Good value for money, only downside is there aren’t many tables inside but that’s the nature of where the cafe is

Busy Saturday I will accept and people sat outside with combination of crockery and paper cups. I joined the queue whilst my family took the only remaining table which was outside. I queued for 20 mins and finally got to the counter. When placing my order for the drinks to begin with, I was told that it was paper cups only, I asked if my husband could have a proper cup (there were tons next to the coffee machine and didn't think 1 out of 4 was a big ask) and I was told no! Paper cups only as too busy. As she was saying this a tray was going out to a table outside with crockery on. I asked why I had to queue for 20 mins to find this out and was unceremoniously told it was because they were too busy!So much for the warm Yorkshire welcome I promised my husbands visiting family! 0 out of 10 for acommodation and friendliness. Now crossed off my corporate list. And a ba-humbug to you too Deli Cafe!We left without ordering and spent our £40 at a cafe around the corner where accommodating arthritic hands with a proper cup just came as part of the standard service!Would it really have hurt you to take one proper cup from your big pile.In case your are not getting it, we were really angered and offended as your attitude stinks particularly as you weren't charging take away prices!

Gorgeous lunch and good prices. Situated in the Piece Hall. Highly recommend the hummus bagel. It’s a busy spot with great staff.
