Had never eaten here before but thanks to a bit of prior research on TA we enjoyed a very good lunch here today ( Sun 23rd July .) It was very rainy but the Deli had large & efficient sun umbrellas outside so we stayed totally dry. You order at the counter inside then they bring your food to you. I had the tuna & cheese melt on a lovely crusty but light baguette, served with crisps & a salad garnish, my husband also really enjoyed his ham & cheese melt. We had a look at a number of places for a light lunch and decided this was the best option. A couple of us had jacket potatoes and the other two had sandwiches. The quality is excellent and the prices were very reasonable compared to the other options in the Piece Hall.

We sat outside on a sunny April lunchtime and soaked up the atmosphere of the beautiful Piece Hall. There was a short wait to place our order at the counter. We had drinks and my daughter chose a toasted mozzarella and pesto sandwich and my mother and I chose Yorkshire pie with mushy peas, mint sauce and pickled onion.
