Have visited a few times recently, and have had a few small issues, missed food item, wrongly charged.
A real shame as I love Greggs usually.
However, my last visit here was also poor.
We turned up at 3.30pm, thinking we may struggle to get a snack with our drinks, but we were truly flummoxed when we were told NO HOT DRINKS??
Apparently, they said they'd no milk, so couldn't do hot drinks.
EHUM!! There's a Tesco Express next door.
Maybe a trip there could have assisted with milk issue and not lost Greggs money.
Something needs sorting at this branch as too many mistakes for us just lately.

“Can’t complain with the local Greggs. App feature is super helpful and even in today’s market the prices are reasonable.

£5 will get you a cappucino, cheese onion bake and some potato wedges with some change leftover.

Best thing about this establishment is the service. Always quick and friendly.”

“By far the best Greggs ive ever visited. The team are always super and there are some real characters. All are friendly, polite and helpful. Always greeted with a smile no matter who is on duty.
They also make the best pumpkin spice lattes - they get it just right.
If every greggs was run like this branch they would be making headlines. Hope they get the credit they deserve. Greggs head office should be very proud. ☺️

Vegetarian options: As you would expect. Not a fan of the vegan sausage roll think a vegetarian option would be better and healthier .

Kid-friendliness: Staff are always warm and friendly to everyone. Have deals for children etc.
