Went in to get a slice of pizza ? and the lady serving me was constantly being interrupted by the manager or supervisor.Funnily enough, the next day I was served by the supervisor and she was rude and impatient, and kept saying to me ‘do you have the Greggs app’ so fast that I couldn’t catch what she was saying!What should be a simple interaction ends up being a stressful ordeal in this branch.I’ve often seen managers reprimand and talk in a patronising tone to the staff...read full review

It's a typical Greggs but inside the bus station... I don't know how they do it but their food always "looks" warm but when you bite into it, it feels like it's been sitting there for an hour.... Do they not have heating lamps? The only reason why I gave them a 3 is because the chicken bake is always delicious and piping hot....

I go to greggs Huddersfield bus station every morning at 7am and have done for 6 months now . The 2 woman working are always yapping away while customers are waiting I've had to interrupt them 3 times now as the reason for this review . I asked for 2 sausage rolls and she completely didn't listen to me because she was talking to someone else so I left without my sausage rolls almost missed my bus!!
