Waited nearly two hours tonight and they didn't send me what I ordered they ran out apparently,but still made me wait 2 hours and charged me for it even though there replacement food was cheaper and charged me for a large and sent a small i orderd from them twice a week but not again i swear
I don't know if its just my luck or not. But almost everytime I order from from Shax Its an hour + late on delivery. One time its was exactly 2 hrs and 33 minutes late. Now I won't lie and say the food quality is bad because its not. However, the customer services could definitely use some major improvement. Now I've been waiting for an hour and 13minutes to the minute and its not like I live more than 0.5 miles away.

Food was ok and the delivery driver was really friendly.However the time estimate (on Just Eat) was 01:25-01:45. The food finally arrived at 02:30. They shouldn't give estimates they know they have no chance of meeting. It can really spoil an evening if sitting around waiting for food at this time of night!
