Ordered a pizza, delivered fine but absolutely awful. It's like they make their dough out of cake mix.Worst pizza I've had in Ilkley, and I've had one from Domino's......Go to Avalon's but order well in advance....

Probably the worst food I've had in Ilkley... £6.90 for a small donna and chips... chips half cooked and solid with about 5 small slithers of Donna meat.. we got one pot of Chili for three kebabs, one pot of yogurt dip and 3 pots of mayo instead of garlic mayo... waste of

Started doing curry's so thought we'd try one. Had chicken Biriyani came with no sauce, the grease in the dish could be seen at bottom. No idea what meat was but so so fatty. Maybe had 4/5 mouthfuls and rest went in the bin. Yuk yuk yuk. Won't be buying from you again sorry ?

Disgusting, chips still frozen, £5 delivery charge for 3 mile delivery, pizza luke warm. Called to ask for a refund and told no because ‘they are busy’. DO NOT USE .. TERRIBLE … shame because it’s a long established name in Ilkley, never

Ordered a takeaway from here at 1:30am Sunday morning, money was taken waited over an hour to receive an automated just eat text saying it would arrive 2:55am. Now 3:30am still no food by this point the takeaway was closed. No phone calls no nothing to indicate they may be lost or late. Called them to complain to be told they “called and knocked” and that the takeaway was left in my garden which I don’t have. Completely incompetent and couldn’t accept their wrong doing clearly got the wrong address.
Should of known when I walked in the place this pizza would be garbage Come on people how many genuine pizza places serve curry and have a giant toast machine instead of a proper pizza oven There wasn’t afresh product in sight Enough said please draw your own conclusions

Ordered food, waited an hour, they cancelled it. Called them up to say 'yo look it's cool, but please don't leave me hanging for an hour because I could have ordered elsewhere', and he just overtalked me the entire time and gave me attitude like it was my fault.I get it, it's late, but just be straight with me.Total wasteman.I work nearby and I also work in service. Simple 'no worries yeah sorry mate' would have been fine. Cmon guys.

After one previous visit and collection of meal which i would rate as nice, this delivered meal on Friday evening at 7.40 was 30 minutes late and barely warm. Just Eat notification came at 7.12 to say our order would be on its way, it arrived at 7.37. I had just phoned the takeaway at 7.35 when it turned up. When i asked where the meal i was told, "he's just set off 5 minutes ago" and "its a new driver", then when i mentioned the notification from Just Eat at 7.12 i was told 'oh thats just an automatic thing". We live approx 3-5 minutes from the takeaway so if the driver had set off only 5 minutes ago then our meal should have been hot, therefore i conclude i was told a bare faced lie! 'Salad' consisted of a tsp of lettuce & a tsp of red onion, no tomatoes, no cucumber and no chilli sauce, which had been ordered. The chips i can only describe as resembling something with which to build houses from, the kind of chip thats been sat around for several hours in a warming pan, if i'd eaten them i would have broken my teeth - decidedly not fresh! When i tried to leave a review via Just Eat's automatic email i found that miraculously, my order had disappeared, fancy that! Hence why i'm leaving this review here! Don't bother getting your kebabs from here, spend your money elsewhere!

Oh my, it's been a while, but a pizza from here is like having a long lost family friend come to visit, you just pick up from where you left off.I may be biased but I think this is still tge best pizza takeaway in ilkley.
