We don't often have Chinese food because there isn't a restaurant in our village and no delivery because we are in the sticks. We decided to try this one on our way back from the theatre in Leeds. The lady who took the order was so patient and polite (and smiley when we picked it up) the food was stellar. Yesterday I ordered five meals and waited in the little shop whilst they cooked them. Took about twenty minutes. Beef curry, sweet and sour chicken, king prawn foo young, lemon chicken, noodles and bean sprouts. These came with a free portion of prawn crackers for £33.00. It is quite a time since I had food from here when I think it was The Lemon Tree and it was disappointing and not worth a second visit. Everything that we ordered was delivered very quick and was piping hot. All the dishes were tasty... special chow mein, chicken curry and sweet and sour pork Cantonese style were all very nice. We will definitely use this place again when in Ilkley would highly recommend.
