We came as a walk in on a Saturday when the cafe was full. There was a table available for us which was great. I never usually have vegetarian food but The Veggie has encouraged me to try it more often as the food was amazing.

Utterly delicious and wonderful staff! Not a vegetarian, but thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be back! We were wee piggies and had a combination of dishes, a couple of drinks and a dessert each! Very reasonable pricing and good portions.

Staff are kind, place is extremely clean and food is delicious. Vegetarian or not I think anyone would enjoy this cafe.Paid about £11.25 for a veggie breakfast and a drink so pretty decent nowadays. Came around 11 as from what I understand they stop serving at 12 for breakfast? And managed to find a window seat table, (great for people watching!). All round good experience.

Just had to express my thanks and pleasure to the owner and staff of this gem.of a cafe on my visit to Ilkley yesterday.An appauling day of weather and not having made a booking with my husband and 12 month old grandaughter we arrived soaking wet and the staff couldn't have done more to help us and make us welcome.My grandaughter being intolerant of several foods they went to so much trouble to help and were happy for me to feed her her own food I had taken.We had the most delicious mushroom, courgette and potato soup with the best ever carrot cake afterwards. I value their food ethics and although not vegetarian I eat a lot of homemade vegetarian meals and would certainly recommend this cafe and will definitely visit when next in Ilkley.
Oh wow!! Just happened upon this little gem and been Veggie it was a real find!! Lots of Vegan dishes or they will alter a dish to accommodate ! The liquorice cake is to die for! So much so I went back tbe day after to take two more pieces home! Service great and price very reasonable

Awesome cafe. The food and service were excellent, as was the cake! Loads of vegan options and not overpriced as some veggie places are. I will be returning..100%. Word of warning, this place gets very busy so if you're thinking of going at lunchtime, I'd defo book. The waiting time was going on 2 hours on the day we were there. Quality food is worth the wait though! ??????☕️
