Ordered off the just eat app and when our food came a sandwich was missing and some other little small bits. We phoned up and after 12 calls finally got through. The woman said she would go check our order and then left us for 15 minutes as if she had forgotten about us. Will not be coming here again as this has happened a few times. Don’t bother spending your money here.

They now use very hot sriracha chilli sauce. Their old sauce was a lot nicer and a lot less spicy.

4 people working behind the counter. When it wasn't even busy. The floor and tables wasn't cleaned at all. Always been a mess. Toilet is always out of order but the staff still use it for them selfs. The crisps wasn't even packed mostly empty. Needs a check up badly.

I’m missing 2 of my sandwich’s I payed about £20 for 2 sandwiches and only got 1 they are refusing to send it after I’ve called multiple times I suggest if your reading this just go make something it’s not worth

Three times I’ve been down and the members of staff just can’t listen to what you ask for, they’re in a world of their own.First time I asked for asked for a chicken sub and the lad starts making a tuna sub, no big deal.Next visit I asked for lettuce, tomato and sweetcorn and the chap was slapping onions all over the sandwich.And again, same thing this time some young lass, just putting stuff on I never asked for, so I prompt her not to put onions on and she gets the huff with me and starts serving someone else before billing up my sandwich.This level of service is shocking, it boggles the mind.For instance, there are people with special needs serving food at Bolton Abby pavilion and they are absolutely fantastic, polite friendly and don’t mess up at all.So half of me wonders if I’m being too harsh on the “Sandwich Artists” at the Keighley branch of Subway, because, if they can’t even focus enough to make a sandwich correctly, and people with learning difficulties outshine them by miles, then what do these people have to offer the world long term.
