Had a experience which was good aswell as bad. This was our first visit at an Subway in UK the lady Dani's at the counter was very kind enough to get our order understand and placed perfectly but suddenly an lady staff came and disrupted the customer service offered by Dani telling that everything was on the display. O I ordered a beef and cheese toasted roll ........although at £4.19...a bit pricey, but I was served politely and the order was quickly prepared and the staff were polite. Food tastes fine too.

I normally don’t have an issue and always have had great customer service and great food but for the past couple of days my order has always been wrong first of all I asked for toasted and it wasn’t also no cheese after I asked for cheese and no pickles which is something else I asked for.
