There wasnt a queue the staff were not rude, the espresso wasnt too expensive (£1.70)\\nBut when I asked the young lady to leave the lid off (I always drink it straight away) and thinking of the waste of a lid and the environment and whatnot. She replied I'm sorry I'm not allowed. Gregg's get a grip!

Worst greggs I've ever been in, I'm a truck driver and get my breakfast on a morning in greggs, arrived at 5.15am so they had been open for 15 minutes they'd just had a delivery but couldn't be bothered to lift a blue tray up and get me a doughnut, they said it would take half a hour!! I didn't buy anything just walked out. What a joke this place is!

So went to this Greggs at 8.15 on 5/03/21. Got a stake bake and sausage roll thinking something warm as it was a very cold morning. Both were cold. So I asked assistant can you warm it please they both cold. She said sorry she can't. I don't normally go to greggs but to have a cold stake bake at 1.95 that i think a dog wouldn't eat it. So if you want cold dog food please go otherwise wait till 11 maybe get a McDonald's somewhere else that hopefully is warmer.

3 stars for young lady that served me and yes I completely agree she May not have heard me request a 5p carrier bag just before I paid, but that doesn't exscue the rudeness of her older colleague her attitude towards me in front of other paying customers ... we all have bad days but stay professional ... even if you work in a motorway services

It's OK as you would expect with Greggs, but both times that I have been the doors have been locked wide open and it was very cold.

Great place to stop for a quick cuppa and a bite to eat. Good variety of foods available. Greggs. Burger king. Earnies fish and chips. Costa coffee. Whsmiths and marks and Spencer. There is facilities for heating baby food too. There is a petrol station there aswell. Where it's situated on the roundabout it's easy access to north south east and west.
