3 stars for young lady that served me and yes I completely agree she May not have heard me request a 5p carrier bag just before I paid, but that doesn't exscue the rudeness of her older colleague her attitude towards me in front of other paying customers ... we all have bad days but stay professional ... even if you work in a motorway services
Great place to stop for a quick cuppa and a bite to eat. Good variety of foods available. Greggs. Burger king. Earnies fish and chips. Costa coffee. Whsmiths and marks and Spencer. There is facilities for heating baby food too. There is a petrol station there aswell. Where it's situated on the roundabout it's easy access to north south east and west.

There wasnt a queue the staff were not rude, the espresso wasnt too expensive (£1.70)\\nBut when I asked the young lady to leave the lid off (I always drink it straight away) and thinking of the waste of a lid and the environment and whatnot. She replied I'm sorry I'm not allowed. Gregg's get a grip!
