I often moor my boat at Ferrybridge Lock, a short walk from this pub. There is a new chef here, Kek, he and his family run the food side of things Weds to Sun. We've had a takeaway from here before which was excellent, last night we had our godson with us so we ate in and the food is even better if you eat in, it's a mixture of Thai/English/European food. The Pad Thai comes on a sizzling platter and is delicious. Really good service, friendly bar staff and it's roomy clean and spacious. Starter and mains for 3 of us was under £54.

With more and more people opting for alcohol free beers when calling for a drink (whilst driving) and a ever growing availability of good brands, it is gobsmacking to still find a pub that doesn't sell ANY AT ALL ....according to the bar staff serving today.Two stars for the decor.
