The front of house staff were friendly and clearly working hard. Something dreadful must have been going on the kitchen, They certainly could not cope with the volume of orders today back there. Food was slow to appear and then cold when it did turn up. Cold uncooked bacon, cold waffle fries, unidentifiable dressing on the buns and tasteless chicken and beef burgers. Would tell my friends to avoid like plague. A tip would be to employ more better cooks.

Was here in June 5 star. Today 3 star at best. Why the change? Staff still great. Drinks still good. So what’s happened? New system or ordering it’s dire. Loads to issues today. It just doesn’t help.

Poor menu choices, struggle to find anything not in bread. £15:99 for a fish finger sandwich and crisps ! It wasn’t value for money but then they add 20% VAT and have the cheek to ask for a tip on top of that. Which would be fine but I’ve ordered the whole meal and drinks via the QR code on my phone. So are we now tipping AI?

The app for ordering direct from the table wasn’t working and neither were the staff. Tried to order a snack and 2 drinks for a mere £50 but nothing was happening either via the app or staff so we left along with several other unhappy customers. How difficult is it really !!! Very poor.

Great service and seated at a table straight away. We didn’t have long and our food was brought out quickly by Seth. He was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Chicken burger was nice and good size portion ?

Jeas, Heather, and Liv were brilliant. They quickly got us seated, and explaoned how to order through the qr code. They brought out drinks straight away as soon as they were ordered. We got the cooked breakfast and eggs benedict which were both divine and had speedy service, in under 10 minutes. Girls came over to check we were enjoying our food and asked if there was anything we need. 10/10 I'd recommend coming here to start your holiday off right

The staff here have really lifted us today.Our flight was delayed without reason and being stuck here with a fussy 5 year old was not fun! After being rudely snubbed by another restaurant, the staff here went above and beyond to cater for us, allowing us to order food that they weren’t even serving just to keep my unhappy boy happy!Food was great, very quick service.I NEVER write reviews, but thank you so much to Zara, Lauren, Mariam and Harry for making our stressful day a little easier. We will eat here every time we travel!Kid-friendliness: See above - travelling with kids is hard enough and this place really made it feel like our holiday started in the airport!

Not sure who had a worse ending - the poor chicken or the sweet potato man…. Words cannot describe so i took a picture… we waited over an hour and it looks like so did the nuclear coleslaw, been under a grow lamp that his, things probably sprouted roots.

This place is hideous, avoid it at all costs! Slow service - staff stood around behind the bar talking, told you have to order everything through an app - ordered and it still took ages to arrive, even though it was drinks. The place is filthy - the floors are disgusting, spilt food, dropped cutlery, used straws. All in the eye line of staff in and out of the back area. Dirty tables left. I’d avoid food here! I appreciate and airport is a transient place, and no doubt busy and fast at times but honestly this was horrid, if on a high street it would get shut down by the EHO.

Painfully slow service. Hardly anyone in, staff stood around doing nothing but took 10 minutes to get served because they won’t allow you to just pay at the bar and get a drink. No you have order through the app, dick around with that then wait till someone can be arsed coming over with it Crap

When we got there it was dead as a nit as was one of the first flights out in the morning, very fast service due to that fact. Food was good but as per the airport they do raise the prices as it is one of two places to get a actual breakfast. Food portion was big which is expected from a £15 breakfast. The servers there were nice and polite.
