Busy place. Toilet out of order. No toilet in the shopping centre. Regretted buying the coffee as I was after the toilet. VERY disappointed won’t come again.

Check how much coffee/milk you get before taking it away. This morning at 10:20 I had a medium latte as usual. I came into office with my latte. I was happy, but when I opened a cup and found that I have about 20% less milk my happiness disappeared. If there is less milk the coffee feels a bit stronger what I do not really like. I was so disappointed as I paid a full price, but have less milk and spoiled coffee. From my point of view, it is not very reasonable to go back to Costa and ask for my milk, it would be more beneficial for if I do this review to make other people aware of the situation, as I have time in my office. I do not think Costa will make a lot of money by adding less milk, it may be just a human factor. But, I honestly expect to have my 364ml of coffee as usual. I do not think there is any reason that can justify 20% less milk. I believe there some improvements needs to be done as I do not want the situation when I need to check amount of coffee each time I have it with a lid.

Flat white was great as always. This place is always busy, as there is nothing else to go to. Staff were friendly and tiffin is my favorit with my Flat white. Just clearing the tables could be done quicker
