There’s an old women who thinks she own the store, she was shouting and yelling at customers and telling any Arabic person to take his order and get out!!This is so rude, and who gives her that right?? Tbh she ruined my morning before school. I took my order as a takeaway while i could have eaten it inside.Thanks Greggs for hiring such unqualified people to ruin our good times.

I was so disappointed with Greggs all the food was cold, and the service was awful.And we found out they don't have heated counters anymore, so the food doesn't stay hot.

Never have enough staff in the morning before people go to work, only one person serving with Queues out of the door, on many occasions the coffee machine is put of order. I would have thought for a major establishment such as Greggs that they would have better services.

Fast, friendly and efficient takeaway service. Although prices have increased, still acceptable. Varied selection of pasties, sausage rolls sandwiches, cakes etc. And the coffee is nice and hot!! Can't post a photo, as ate my food before thinking about it!
