Fast, friendly and efficient takeaway service. Although prices have increased, still acceptable. Varied selection of pasties, sausage rolls sandwiches, cakes etc. And the coffee is nice and hot!! Can't post a photo, as ate my food before thinking about it!
The shop was full of people sitting around with nothing to eat or drink, almost a refuge. The queue was long as there were not enough staff on to cope. I witnessed one woman take a few items, sandwiches, drinks and cakes and walk out without paying or at least it looked like that, maybe she would've paid if the wait was less. Told after I had purchased my food that I'd have no choice but to take away the food as it was almost closing time. Still Greg's is a good no-nonsense place...read full review

Never have enough staff in the morning before people go to work, only one person serving with Queues out of the door, on many occasions the coffee machine is put of order. I would have thought for a major establishment such as Greggs that they would have better services.
