I was having a bad day today and decided to visit Greggs inside the Merrion Shopping centre to cheer myself up with a hot coffee. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of encountering a young British lady at the counter who gave me a wonderful customer service experience. Been in the UK for almost 8 years. Visiting all kind of cafe, restaurants and take aways. From London, to Leeds, to Edinburgh. This Gregg, particularly a staff, has the best greeting, welcome, smile, friendliness attidue, etc, I have ever seen. All F&B staffs should learn from this dude. If only there were more people like him, the world will be a better place.

Pub and bar hopping around this part of town my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into Greggs to grab a quick bite to eat and what a good call. Typical Greggs outlet, neat and tidy, all goodies prominently on display and ready nice staff .
