Guy on the drivethrough mic soundedhungover or high. Didn't put fries with the order and burger was dry AF. Tried to complain on their site to maybe get a voucher but twice it gave me an error message. Done with this place forever.

Went in there yesterday and ordered meals to sit in. First of all there are no tents to take and you have to collect your food at the desk, so the instruction is incorrect. Secondly, the number appears on the screen but then there's no receipt as they don't often print. There were no napkins left, again, like last time. My hands got sauce on them and nothing to wipe it off with.Service from the actual humans working there I couldn't fault - they are all unfailingly polite and seemed to be working hard.Food delicious as always. I'm always a bit put out that there are so many leg pieces in the boxes, but my daughter never seems to mind. Assuming the good pieces are now being used for the boneless products ?♀️.Overall a lovely meal but spoilt slightly by sticky hands and the touchscreen being annoying.

Eat in on this visit. Food as expected from KFC, not much atmosphere but had a pleasant dinner.

Not a good experience here today . Order was wrong 4 orders in total. Guy on the drive thru was impatient and had to repeat order atleast 4 times yet still wrong. The bread in one of the wrong meals had black stuff in it . I'd of gone bk rnd had it not of been so busy . Popcorn chicken looked pale and all In all very unsatisfied. Will I go bk ? Yes if I get the correct order and food doesn't look like its been dropped on the floor . P.S I have a photo of the bread aswel but there's no option to post it wonder why that is .Parking: To small to have to huge food chains next to each other joke for parking

Just left as too cold. No heating on,music ridiculously loud and chicken was slimey ,gravy was thin tasteless and very greasy,definitely won't be going

Absolutely shocking customer service they push drinks full of artificial sweetener no other alternative in the meal deal the place was absolutely freezing cold never ever ever again will I spend my money here avoid at all costs!!

Not had a good kfc for a while but couldn't fault this one. Decent pieces, lovely chips, perfect gravy. Actually well worth the money this time. Oh it was a bit chilly inside, only fault.

The new manager was quite rude and the customer service just wasn’t there apart from the rest of the staff they did great as always the only let down was the manager and other customers thought so. Great food as always and the renovation looks great, real shame the previous management isn’t there.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Took 20 mins in drive through, can’t scan QR code for rewards and attitude is ‘don’t care’. Asked for plates to go with boneless bucket and he gave us 1!!! Every time we go there’s a problem it’s manned by idiots!

Turned up on Sunday at 11:30 and the door was locked.. Only doing drive-thru in spite of being open for 30min & recently refurbished. App was saying drive-thru was closed, even though it wasn't. Food was fine, but annoying to see staff inside just sitting around (on the counter tops), and not bothered about opening the restaurant.
