Ordered a delivery,the chips were dry like gone off the quarter pounder didn't even show up,no ice in the coke. Been a few times this McDonald's has messed up. Shocking service wide lane much better and the staff are polite.

My opinions towards this McDonald have declined severely. The ordering machines were not printing receipts causing confusing amongst all. After getting our receipt printed by a member of staff we found out it was missing two item which included a drink and medium fries. Our order was shouted but as our number and receipt were incorrect we were unable to collect our order. Staff members were rude and uncooperative with us. We couldn’t collect our order until we found more help between friends and a different staff member.

Went here last week waited 25mins for a burger, fries and a drink, it's an absolute joke waiting all that time, when I finally got the food the chips were hot but the burger was warm ?? the staff was OK with me they said they were short staffed, plenty of people out of work ?? needless to say won't be going there again, the owners need to sort things out, have a better system put in place.

I gave 1 star because I was given a refund.I ordered 1 kids meal. My number was on the screen then it wasn't. People after me ordered and went. I asked where my order was. I was repeatedly told it won't be long even after waiting 20 minutes. The order was sat on the side for around 15 minutes!! I was ignored and no one was interested, I was just told to move back from the counter. Very disappointing
What I liked the most was, the spacious dining area and the duty conscious friendly cleaning staff, who keep the dining area clean

If you want a half portion of fries, come to this branch.If you want a rare 18-piece box of nuggets for the price of 20, come to this branch.If you want plenty of time to contemplate your life choices without having to worry if your order is ready yet, come to this place.An extra special place where the staff are either maliciously ripping you off or they're so inept that they can't count or perform the most basic of tasks such as gathering an order in a timely manner. It's also astonishing how, despite the constant stream of customers requiring the kitchen to keep churning food out, it still manages to be lukewarm at best.

The manager, Pat, has to be one of the most obnoxious and rude people I've had the pleasure of meeting at a McDonald's. Waited 10 mins for our order and when I went up to ask where it was I was told she only started shift a minute a go even though we'd seen her throwing food into deliveroo or justest bags. Made it very clear this wasn't her problem and nothing she could do. Great managerial skills... Awful attitude and horrendous service. Staff stood round doing nothing so no idea why our food wasn't made.

Absolutely disappointed and unhappy. My delivery came on time but there was items missing from my order and the fries and burgers we did receive wasn't even luke warm. I rang the restaurant to complain and to ask for my missing items to be delivered to be told ' no sorry you will have to contact just eat for a refund because they had no just eat driver to send my missing items and due to me ordering from just eat app there was nothing that they could do'. To be fair the girl did apologise to me.Im upset because i had spent alot on this order and had been looking forward to my food, sadly the experience wasnt nice

The food is as good as usual. Got it quick and taste lovely. I went to go sit down and got told off for sitting in an area that just got "mopped". The member of staff shoted at me and my partner to move. We then just saw some other customers get shouted at to get away from the area and stay away from it. The staff member then said in a very rude way where they could sit and proceeded to act rude when the customers told them that those tables were dirty. They cleared up some more tables but there is no excuse to treat customers like that when sitting in an area is dried up after being mopped. Other than that everything else was fine
