Absolutely disappointed and unhappy. My delivery came on time but there was items missing from my order and the fries and burgers we did receive wasn't even luke warm. I rang the restaurant to complain and to ask for my missing items to be delivered to be told ' no sorry you will have to contact just eat for a refund because they had no just eat driver to send my missing items and due to me ordering from just eat app there was nothing that they could do'. The food is as good as usual. Got it quick and taste lovely. I went to go sit down and got told off for sitting in an area that just got "mopped". The member of staff shoted at me and my partner to move. We then just saw some other customers get shouted at to get away from the area and stay away from it. The staff member then said in a very rude way where they could sit and proceeded to act rude when the customers told them that those tables were dirty. They cleared up some more...read full review

The lady who helps cleaning, Paula she's called. What an amzing caring women she was.I just got my food on the tray and i had my baby in a pram and she walked past noticing i was struggling. Straight away she was over helping me she took my tray from me and helped me find a seat.She also cleaned my table staight away.I was so happy with her service so happy we have people who help and care, great customer service!
