Honestly, this airport doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. This airport is the WORST airport that I have ever encountered. DO NOT FLY through here UNLESS you want to receive an additional charge to check-in at the the airport, an additional charge to print the boarding passes, and an additional charge for not checking in your luggage before you get to the airport. The staff is ENTIRELY rude and ruthless and they have no sympathy whatsoever. I have never been to an airport, where this is the standard norm. Just to *clarify* the upsetting factor is getting an additional charge for literally EVERYTHING, not the fact that we had to check our bags in. Nothing can be said that will justify getting charged at the airport to check-in OR getting an additional charge for checking the bags in at the airport and not before-hand. The Leeds Bradford Airport policy is absolutely a load of crap and the ratings match the experience I endured. I wish I would've reviewed these ratings before booking the flight here. I will never come here ever again and waste my money.

Very bad experience as ever the place is a cattle market with security staff barking at passengers as if they were schoolchildren. Beware of the parking parasites who patrol the car parks for profit. I paid over a hundred pounds to park my car for a week. We arrived early morning in the dark and mist the car park was a building site with extremely poor lighting, in my opinion not to standard . I parked in a bay next to a hatched walkway on the line (not over it) i was fined another hundred pounds. Yes probably my own fault but this is not made clear on booking so be careful don't end up making the same mistake. I have tolerated this airport in the past because it is convenient but given my last experience in October 23 I will not be travelling from here in the future.

Hannah is an amazing team leader. Today she showed the knowledge of the products and gave me perfect pairing to my coffee. Very happy and bubbly personality, todays good visit at Starbucks was solely due to Hannah.

I just wanted to share that the three ladies serving me today, Feruze, Suhima, and Saghira were so delightful, they made the usually slightly tedious process of passing through an airport so much nicer. They were smiling, friendly, and despite being busy, couldn't do enough to be helpful. Over £8 for a very stale sausage roll, and a flavourless and soggy chocolate twist pastry (probably the most uninspiring I’ve eaten)… if you want the dystopian-vibe and quality, then this is the place to eat whilst you are waiting to fly.Your staff were very friendly but Starbucks, the stock was obviously past its prime - please raise you game to reflect your prices.
The staff member called Feruze was so kind! She made my daughter’s day by making her favourite drink. She was so friendly and helpful

Love this airport. One thing I would suggest re Ladies toilets. The doors need something on them to highlight when vacant or in use. There is no way of knowing hence people are having to push on the doors to check
