full respect to the people at the counter, but i just got the vibe that they had no idea what they were doing? my 14 year old sister could do better at the job.changed my 6 inch to a 12 inch, burnt the lady in front of me’s nachos and put the wrong sauce on her saladthey seem like lovely people but i just want to be served correctly.Vegetarian options: vegan steak, vegan patty etc

Clean, no queue, and the seating was empty. Food was good but service was questionable, shouting across to the till the order and pricing (which did not match for two identical orders - unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.

Painfully slow service, also uber drivers jump the que for their orders whilst customers in the show are stood waiting...... not fare at all
How hard is it to read a ticket and prepare a single order? Missing loads of ingredients and sending the wrong snacks. Customers should be getting the bare minimum of the right order (Just Eat order).

Lady behind the till was on her first week, gentleman behind the food was fairly new. They gave there best but I'm grateful it wasn't busy. The Just East Orders were keeping them both so busy.

Worst Subway experience ever. Ordered via Deliveroo, drink missing, wrong bread, wrong type of cookies, and no cheese in the sandwich. Complete lack of care.
