“Massively impressed with the Otley Burger Company van today at a wedding. I needed a GF bun, the lady accidently put a 'normal' bun in the container but immediately got a new container so there was no cross contamination. The gent filling the container saw it was 'GF' and replaced his gloves (all this without been asked) again to prevent cross contamination. Burger was delicious, the staff were friendly and efficient and clearly understand the potential issues of allergies etc. We've had loads of takeaways from the Otley Burger Company, never had a bad meal. Was nice to see them in person and have assurances around the care they take with your food, excellent work all and thank you.”

“First time visit with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend, what a wonderful place. My daughter’s boyfriend has been going since a child and said how good the fish and chips were and he’s not wrong. We visited the restaurant and were greeted by a very friendly welcome and the staff were very attentive. Things just got better when the food arrived, some of us had the regular and my husband had the special. They were all delicious good size chips crispy outside and fluffy inside. The fish was delicious, crispy, light batter and really thick tasty fish. Some of us tried desserts, ice cream, a sundae and Bakewell tart, the same quality with these too, homemade. There is also a takeaway and we will try that too.
Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.”

“Best Chinese food in the area. Really tasty. Quick service too. No card machine though so can’t always go if we have no cash in the house… bad for their business but good for my waist line!”

“We called in on Tuesday 26 Aug after reading reviews and was not disappointed. We were a party of 4 pensioners and had the pensioners special. It was beautiful, hand cut chips with crunchy batter and flacky fish. Delicious.
The young lady serving us was a pleasure to meet, so attentive to our needs, and proper Yorkshire tea.
Whilst we were there it poured down and a family came in wet through. The young lady got them dry towels to help dry themselves off. What great service. I wish I had caught her name as she deserves high praise.
We will definitely be going back next time we are in Otley and recommend to anyone else who is fortunate enough to visit this lovely town. 10/10”

“Lovely traditional fish and chip shop. I have made a point of coming here whenever I'm in Otley. The food is cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. I honestly don't think you'll find a better chippy!”

“I hadn’t had pizza from Cucina in Otley for many years and thought I’d give it another try – and I’m glad I did! The pizzas and burger we ordered were excellent, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. It is slightly pricier than other pizza places in town, but the quality really shows. The only thing to note is that parking can be a bit of a challenge, so be prepared to circle around the nearby roads to find a spot if you’re collecting your order.”

“I’ve lived in Otley for years and my partner and I have just tried Pizza Base on recommendation from his son. I’m very impressed with the service, the lovely dough, great toppings - and the price. I’m not going anywhere else for pizza from now on.”

“Was unsure cos of some of the unfair reviews but friends highly recommended it, we wasn't disappointed whatsoever! It was delicious, the portions where huge and was delivered in 20mins, tip to anybody who dislikes long waiting times when its busy, remember when you have to wait for food it means A: it's been freshly cooked, and B: they're very busy, which tells you the food must be good! Will definitely be ordering again in the future ?”
