Just a delight every time! Gray's is an absolute joy of a place to visit. Yes I'm seemingly spending my maternity in the place attempting to make my way through the delightful menu and vast offerings, from the specials board to the standard menu to the delicious cakes and coffees. You name it, Gray's has it. The quality of food, ambience, personable staff and overall vibe is just brilliant. I visited Grays earlier this week and had a lovely experience. The coffee was perfect as always! I'm a vegetarian and mistakenly ordered a sandwich containing meat (my fault), Heather and the team were so lovely and replaced it free of charge no hesitation. The service is always spot on, friendly faces and Heather always makes a point of welcoming and acknowledging repeat customers, showing how they really value your custom. Had a family afternoon tea for a special birthday celebration. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, and all the staff were great. And such a relaxed atmosphere helped everyone enjoy themselves.
