“Enjoyed our visit but very busy. Booked in advance but had to wait 20 mins for table. Order taken and forgotten! One of the staff members was quite surly and seemed in a bad mood. Weren't greeted as customers but as an inconvenience. Maybe just having a bad day.”

“Just been here for a Sunday roast with my hubby ? it was our first visit but it certainly won't be our last

Again, this brilliant real ale pub did not disappoint a great clean interior seating ample, and the bohemian clientelle was pleasurable to be amongst. The publicans were very good, and the plethora amount of real ales and cider were the icing on the cake.
This grand real ale pub is a must for all dedicated real ale drinkers to drink in when in Todmorden”

They sorted out our rocky patio table & kept us out of the rain without us asking.
Great selection of Cask & other beers.
