“What an amazing place, the staff are wonderful and so accommodating went into day with friends as a surprise for me, but sadly due to illness on an extremely limited diet by the hospital, so didn't expect to eat. BUT the staff finding this out thanks to my friend, took time out if there busy day going through everything I could have which I have to say the limitations I have even Gordon Ramsey would struggle making a meal, but not hear, making an off menu meal so that I felt a part of our outing. The presitation out of this world if you served this at a five star restaurant you would be exstatic, everything fresh everything high grade ingredients absolutely amazing. The staff are beyond compare, friendly polite and nothing is too much for them, all immaculately presented and with big smiles never leaving there faces. Prices are very reasonable they could easily put a few more pounds on top of what they now charge and this would still be value for money. The tables could do with an upgrade with legs that extend as some are a tad wobbly due to the floors, which is no fault of there's the building is old.Talking of which the building and decor is immaculate looking and the counter desplay amazing. What I also liked was that you could see the kitchen and staff working, all cloves, nets everything separate so no cross contamination top marks for the food hygiene. I cannot recommend this cafe enough as you can tell I will be blogging this out as well, truly a great cafe.”

“The front door swings a long and lets a lot of cold air into the shop unnecessarily. Everything is wheelchair friendly including the toilets. Friendly staff but service was a bit slow. It was very busy when I went in to grab come coffee and cake.

Parking: It was very busy and couldn't find anywhere to park. I parked down the road and walked to the store.

“I have been stopping here a couple of times a month in the early hours of the morning - always seems to be the same chap toiling away on his own... He's superb!I don't have much expectation of great customer service at UK service stations (but please note, they can seem like the Ritz compared to some in the USA!) but this chap has been wonderful every time I have stopped at Leigh Delamere... so today I asked him his name as I knew that Google Maps would ask me for a review.His name is Jay - so can Jay's boss, please make sure that Jay is recognised/rewarded for his great customer service.The coffee and sandwich were ok too...Parking: the disabled spaces are usually not too full of non-disabled drivers...”
