The abundance of young people milling about behind the counter does nothing to improve the quality or speed of service here. Food is somewhat OK. Although £4.50+ for a brie and bacon toastie for it to come looking like it had one piece of bacon chopped tiny to cover the whole thing was quite diabolical for the price! Smoothie was delightful! But also £4.50+! However, my reason for the review was the very obvious lack of gloves during food handling. The staff at Boswells really care about their customers, a customer just before me in the cue was struggling with carrying their drink and walking to a seat so one of staff offered to help and because they have plenty of staff on it didn't slow down the cue at really.Wheelchair accessibility: I went with my Grandad and he usus a mobility scooter so yeah he was able to get around easily.
