Pubs • “What a wonderful pub to visit in the Cotswolds! We were in the local area for a few days and we stumbled upon the Somerford Arms thanks to a Google search. Rachel couldn't have been any more friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and would 100% recommend. We will definitely be back!”
Pubs • “Came here for a family meal on Saturday night and couldn’t recommend this place more! The staff were all lovely, so attentive and friendly. The service was fast and the food was lovely; I had the steak which was cooked perfectly and came with lovely huge onion rings and chunky chips. I swapped out my vine tomatoes for steamed broccoli and carrots which were delicious. Finished with the Eton mess which was so fresh and lovely and was such a generous portion. The atmosphere and the pub itself are just gorgeous. Thank you very much!”
Pubs • “Had an incredible Sunday roast (and dessert!). The food was so good, especially the cheesy cauliflower ? the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was great - lovely cosy fire going. Had a roast, dessert and a few pints - definitely recommend if you’re in the area!”

This is not a gastropub or a Wetherspoons - if you want one of these, walk on by. If you want a proper boozer with some amazing history and the best beer in town, look no further than The Three Crowns.”

Pubs • “Just popped in for Sunday lunch so rooms n/a. Had 2 platters for the four of us. Great meal - very impressed. Good beer and other drinks. Good service. Thought the desserts were a little overpriced but were very good. Thought the acknowledgements to the suppliers was a nice touch. Worth a visit!”

Only pub of its kind in Chippenham that serves heaps of interesting beers.Personal highlight is that they always have a sour on tap.Limited seating so arrive early in the evening or be prepared to stand while waiting for a seat.Staff are extremely knowledgeable about beer and are friendly and will always have a chat.There’s a fridge of take away cans and bottles that is constantly rotating depending on what they’ve got in that week.Definitely the most interesting beer in Chippenham, absolutely worth a visit.”
