My friend and I visited The Pig and Whistle yesterday for Sunday lunch - it was delicious! The staff were friendly, and attentive, providing excellent service. Something that is a rarity nowadays. It was very good value for money, so we will definitely be returning - maybe on a Wednesday next time, as they do a midweek roast then as well. I think they do a take-a-way Sunday Lunch - amazing!
Gave a 4 as no place gets a 5. Popped in on off chance, billboard outside said full English for 8quid, so rude not to try one, and very nice it was too, asked for runny eggs and got runny eggs.Drombar was nice, served with a good head on it. Child and dog friendly. So just the place to come as a family.Will come again, no doubt about that.

Huge shout out to the Pig and Whistle pub. Just enjoyed a gorgeous roast. Excellent customer service. Quick communication response to table booking, as for food I would highly recommend to all! Great quality and tasted awesome. You will not be disappointed.
