My bladder said stop as we headed West. So glad we saw the signs. Friendly reception, comfortable seating and a Dorset Cream Tea to die for. If passing, pretend you need a wee. Not cheap, but so worth it.
I've been coming here since the cafe opened and never written a review but it really deserves praise! the staff are so friendly, and although the lunch menu is fairly limited, everything is delicious, freshly prepared and good value. Great coffee and cakes too, all served in attractive surroundings. Even more fun in the summer to sit outside which is dog friendly. A lovely place to meet friends or stop off from the A303. Stopped off for a snack whilst on a journey. There was no menu on display and once shown our seats we felt obliged to buy something! The food was nice but expensive for what it was.
