A great country pub in a picturesque Wiltshire village. The staff were incredibly welcoming and nothing was of much trouble for them. We chose the Sunday roast beef carvery. Great choice. The meal was superb. As much as we could eat, and home cooked through and through.We should add that we were visiting with our dog. The team here are very friendly. They have great banter and remember their regular customers' names and drinks preferences. Food is a tad pricey, but worth the money.
