Not only was the woman on the till rude and laughed at us for asking a simple question, she then proceeded to follow us and kick us out from an empty cafe because apparently we didn’t pay an extra 20p for a dine in cup?? I’ve never experienced something so petty from Pret before and it’s safe to say it’s put my partner and I off Pret forever. Thanks!

I've always enjoyed the food and drinks here. Today, I popped in for lunch and tried the meatball wrap. The staff were friendly and quick to serve me. The only thing I would say is that the seating could be a little more spaced out as it feels cramped when it's busy. It's good for people watching whilst drinking tea.Wheelchair accessibility: The is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.

Not enough seating for a shop in such a popular location. Staffing is badly organised with only one barista first thing in the morning. They clearly struggle to process orders and make drinks for customers who are picking up on their way to work. This shop also often has stock supply issues but doesn't address this. For example, the vegan Christmas sandwich that launched at the beginning of November is still not available at this location, nor is there any information about when it will arrive.

Not good at all. The flat white was mostly milk did someone forget the coffee? Also, the croissants should be golden brown not white. Saving on electric? The sandwich was good.

So over priced, I paid £10 for a coffee and sandwich to takeaway!!! The man serving me was rude and unfriendly and the coffee which I asked for syrup in was super weak.

Is it best practice to tell customers "we are closing soon", when there is still 25 minutes left until closing time? This has happened on a few occasions.

I used to feel Pret Salisbury was a great place to go for a coffee. Sadly the coffee recently has been weak and tasteless. The service has been rushed and too often I don't get what I asked for, milk added to coffee instead of on the side as requested. I still go to the shop but feel more and more disappointed each time I go.

Three coffee plus croissants £18.35! Too expensive. Coffee should be hot not warm!

Coffee served in a cupboard cup and same price as a takeaway. Not impressed. Why aren't they served in proper cups,if I wanted a takeaway I would ask for one.

Usual good food and drinks as I expect from Prets, and the staff are nice. HOWEVER, the gender neutral toilets are an absolute no-no as far as I and my friends are concerned. Won’t be visiting again.

I was always welcomed with a smile in this place. Special thanks to two charming members of staff. Their service was amazing. My daughter loves your cafe so special thanks from her too.

I popped into Pret today for some Lunch which I chose to eat in. I selected a Tuna Melt Sandwich, a dessert and a coffee. The server took the sandwich and said he would heat it and bring it over to me. 25 minutes later, no hot sandwich. I rejoined the queue to request my sandwich. At least 5 minutes later it was brought to me. It had been heated and left on the side for at least 20 minutes, so although the cheese had melted the sandwich was not cold. I ate it because by this time I was hungry. I did not complain in store, because it was almost impossible to get the attention of one of the servers - there were at least 4 of them. A very disappointing visit. I will not be returning to such a badly run outlet.
