I used to feel Pret Salisbury was a great place to go for a coffee. Sadly the coffee recently has been weak and tasteless. The service has been rushed and too often I don't get what I asked for, milk added to coffee instead of on the side as requested. I still go to the shop but feel more and more disappointed each time I go.
I was always welcomed with a smile in this place. Special thanks to two charming members of staff. Their service was amazing. My daughter loves your cafe so special thanks from her too.

I've always enjoyed the food and drinks here. Today, I popped in for lunch and tried the meatball wrap. The staff were friendly and quick to serve me. The only thing I would say is that the seating could be a little more spaced out as it feels cramped when it's busy. It's good for people watching whilst drinking tea.Wheelchair accessibility: The is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
