Quite small with nooks and crannies. Really interesting place. Would have loved to have eaten there, but we had our dog with us and so wasn't allowed to go into the restaurant. Not enough table space in the other rooms for dinner. There's a hand in a jar ....yuck...lol. Yep, very interesting ?
This is a must visit. The pub itself on the ground floor is stunning. Friendly patient staff. Well maintained and the selection of drinks excellent from ales to lagers, cider and wine as well as a good range of spirits and soft drinks. Upstairs the restaurant is spacious with helpful attentive staff The menu both the adults menu and kids is a good range of food. Went here for dinner on Christmas eve. Wonderful service, all the food was delicious. Drinks were great, and all of this in a beautiful, historic setting. Possibly my favourite pub in Salisbury!
