We visited in half term and what a find! They had a Halloween experience in the garden which was fantastic. We were made to feel really welcome. Great beers and ciders on tap too! Next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely be back ?
We called in for a break from cycling along the canal and was made to feel very welcome, the choice of food was excellent and so could not resist having something to eat, we enjoyed our meal very much thank you.

Staying with family in the area, we had a dinner which was lovely, then we had Sunday lunch which would be difficult to beat.This is a proper friendly village pub, a rarity nowadays.
