I came to the Rat Trap for a Sunday lunch with my friend, I can say it definitely exceeded my expectations. When my friend and I first entered the building, we were greeted by some lovely bar staff who were extremely attentive. We both ordered a turkey roast, it was lovely. Fantastic Sunday lunch served in a beautiful soft Yorkshire pudding. Fresh veg and delicious gravy finished off with sticky toffee pudding and ice cream. £44 for two mains, one pud, gin and lemonade and a pint of lager!!!! Friendly staff and lovely and cozy. We will be back

On the 9th January we had my nana’s wake in the function room. The staff were lovely and friendly. The food was very good and was replenished when required. Nothing was too much for the staff to ensure our needs were met. Would highly recommend their function room.
