Parents are children parking places are far fewer than other supermarkets. Once you cross that hurdle, it’s an okay place for shopping. But lack of patience in the ‘crowds’ is something you need to consider like every other asda or similar superstores. Staff is always helpful and that’s the **only** positive thing about this place.

Used to be good but it’s just gone down hill. Stock always low or missing, most tills are closed and the home delivery of groceries can never meet the demand or choice due to stock! Absolute cr@p; we’ve gone to Tesco who are far better on stock etc.

Just to warn people about parking. Went there Friday evening after work and again Saturday morning. I do that most weeks. Well I received a £70 fine showing me arriving on Friday and leaving Saturday, claiming I was in the car park for 11 hours! Somedy else I know received same letter for similar. You lost two customers.

This shop has gone downhill recently, recent food hygiene rating was ZERO, shelves are disorganised, dirty, and stocked poorly, especially in the world foods aisle, multiple items out of stock for weeks at a time. Items also change location constantly so you can never find anything. Clothes section is also a mess with poor choice of sizes. Toilets are disgusting all the time. Staff seem to only be present when stocking shelves in the evening. Tills are constantly overrun on the weekends and the queues block the aisles. There doesn't appear to be anyone taking care of the trolleys outside so they block the road. Money was wasted on renovating the "food hub", absolutely nothing was improved from a customer standpoint and with the food hygiene rating I dont think many people will be wanting food from there anyway.I struggle to think of anything good to say.

Always massive ques in here. Probably ok is you know where stuff is or shop here regular but everything seems to be spread out over a big area.

Everything is mixed up. Higher prices than in other stores. On the contrary, there are low prices. But during discounts you can buy nice things at a good price!

Asda cafe was amazing part from the staff all were slow apart from Dexter in the Asda cafe who was doing everything and was very friendly but you need quicker staff please rest of the lady's were slow I feel for the lad Ty Dexter

Sadly my deliveries come but are missing many items. The replacements are odd at best and I regularly have to go to Morrisons to complete my weekly meals. This week no replacements...driver said it's because the big bosses were visiting and so the shelves were fully stocked.
Everything you need but beware its like a time loop think been there a short time and then realise been a while.Even lost my partner .They have some great deals

I spoke to Richard this morning the manager of the store asked why the shelf’s are so empty been like it for months. He said he had no answer for me so the manager of the store does not know why this is.

Customer service is Zero. I wrote to the manager about a theft. He has completely ignored the letter. I have been in several times asking for a response but nothing. I would expect better from a manager. He obviously doesn't care about customers. I also spoke with till manager, she promised she would let me know one way or another if he intended to reply but nothing. Customer service by Email is locked up, you go round and round. Extremely poor. Not what you would expect of a store manager, customer service should be 5 star.

Went there just gone 10pm to find closed for years was open 24hr will go back shopping at lidl which is closer to home now hours arechanged i only went to asda because nice shopping late. Also must have been 40 or so people within mins of me there all stunned it closed didn't seem 1 bit happy obviosly asda dont mind losing so many customers
