Used to be good but it’s just gone down hill. Stock always low or missing, most tills are closed and the home delivery of groceries can never meet the demand or choice due to stock! Absolute cr@p; we’ve gone to Tesco who are far better on stock etc.
This shop has gone downhill recently, recent food hygiene rating was ZERO, shelves are disorganised, dirty, and stocked poorly, especially in the world foods aisle, multiple items out of stock for weeks at a time. Items also change location constantly so you can never find anything. Clothes section is also a mess with poor choice of sizes. Toilets are disgusting all the time. Parents are children parking places are far fewer than other supermarkets. Once you cross that hurdle, it’s an okay place for shopping. But lack of patience in the ‘crowds’ is something you need to consider like every other asda or similar superstores. Staff is always helpful and that’s the **only** positive thing about this place.
