“I was staying at The Angel Inn which was located across the street. The Angel was not serving breakfast at the time, and I rise early in the AM. I stumbled over to Bassett Bakey around 6:45Am the first morning of my stay as I needed coffee. I ended up getting more. I met Dean, the owner, and he was very friendly. I got my two Americanos, and a sausage roll to go as there is no real spot to eat at the store. It was a tasty breakfast, and I saw Dean for three of the next four days and we were quite chummy at the end. Standup guy and a quality product right on High Street. Drop on in next time in RWB.”

“I was in a sullen mood wondering around the outlet, you know how it is when you are looking for just that one certain thing and you can't find it anywhere ! I thought i would treat myself to my favourite doughnut.
Young man was extremely polite an professional, although he made me sadder because he was explaining why the limited edition Reeses doughnuts may never come back, he really went out of his way to cheer me, he'll remember me, he is a credit to your company and takes pleaseure in looking after customers. So nice to see in this day and age !
