Friendly, but sloppy service. The lady who took our order had to have me repeat a simple "pepperoni pizza, hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie" 4 times before she finally managed to place the order. I've said many times that Gregg's made a massive mistake when they moved away from the sugar overload of the Greggsnut. I'm starting to think that I might have been too harsh with my criticism. For starters, I'm still alive. Good food just a shame on the volume of ignorant idiots who seem unable to wear masks that are attracted by Gregg's. I thought it was the law but listening to them they probably cant read!Maybe they should be refused, but that is not fair on the poor staff.
