Completely new restaurant fully open at last! Unfortunately the sterile echoey space gives 3 for atmosphere, the counter staff (drive through may be different) are inadequately trained on the new till and keep confusing my order, especially when I try to use the BK App (still a massive pile of poo in desperate need of complete redevelopment) which does something wrong and makes me come to order at the counter. This visit, I used loyalty points for a free burger but had to come in to reorder the meals I was also ordering; she took my bar code, it only gave her the free loyalty burger, so she took my meals order and lost the free one, then other staff didn't want to believe the system could do that and I should order the free one again until I showed it had already debited the points...New burgers are nice though, worth experimenting, but the overall customer experience is poor.Parking: They spent a huge amount redeveloping but muffed up the parking: ideal opportunity to correct their "herringbone" parking strip but missed it -- it's still the wrong way around, so you have to drive forward into the bay, your headlights pointing directly at the main road, higher than footpath level by several feet so you dazzle every driver on the road, and then must reverse out completely blind into the oncoming cars that often drive too fast around the corner into the parking area. It would have been trivially easy to change the shape of the first piece of kerbing and repaint the road so the herringbones make you reverse in and drive straight out with full view of the lane. Oh well...

Went through the drive through with friends ahead of us. They ordered a vegan royal. We tried but were told there was a new policy and it wasn’t available. Asked for any suitable replacement but was told this was not possible.Met up with our friends with their vegan royal in hand having an identical orderWe are now going to a competitor who aren’t suffering from general incompetence.

It was very busy and noisy, we made the mistake of visiting with our grandchildren at lunchtime on Saturday when unbeknown to us Swindon were playing at home across the road. It was manic but the food arrived quickly and as ordered so well done the staff. We enjoyed it.

A lovely restaurant with friendly staff. A lot of people might not agree with me; but Burger King burgers are far superior to the "larger burger outlets"! The way they cooked their burgers can't beaten.If they could do French fries, that would be the perfect meal!

Order nearly always wrong. Check before you leave. Today was it for me. Took 20 minutes to get a burger and fries. Even after ordering and paying ahead of time. Staff didn't even try to get it to me. It sat on the side going cold most of that time I found out. Awful service.

Very polite and helpful staff. There was also a lovely group of special needs in there and the staff were very welcoming to them and waved goodbye and it made me really happy to see they were treated

Mashallah for the customer service. I went in not knowing what was halal and what wasn’t. Luckily for me there was a muslim working there that very happily informed me what was and wasn’t halal. He explained what foods are cross contaminated and what foods aren’t. Overall I had a really good experience because of this and will definitely be returning for another vegan royale.
