A good Premier Inn with very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The fans in the room were a bonus on one of the hottest days of the year. Ample free parking. The Kembrey Inn next door did excellent food.

The receptionist on checking was excellent, welcoming, friendly and efficient. The Hotel was clean and well presented as was the room. We took the option of early check in, nothing was too much trouble for the lady on reception. All members of the staff that we met were very friendly and the Hotel had a good atmosphere, even the lady cleaning the rooms next day had a smile on her face. I think that makes a great deal of difference to the overall stay.

Fairly well appointed hotel. Served it's purpose as a business stop over just fine. Main issue is the extremely creaky stairs and flooring and the less than soundproof rooms. Could comfortably hear goings on in other rooms when walking the corridors.Receptionist was extremely helpful on check in and when resolving an issue around pre booked breakfast.
