We walk the dogs on a loop of 6 miles and this Costa is our stop point for a coffee, we do get take out as it is always busy so we carry on our walk, the people that service us are all great and make fab

Place was so busy, the queue was still going when me and my family left. Apparently a team mate down. Obvious this team work hard and take pride in it, not fazed, continued to smile and engage with waiting customers. Overall an excellent team. I’m already a fan of the product. Just wanna highlight the excellent team that work
Standard Costa coffee although the queuing times could be better. Very slow with most visits meaning a 15 minute wait in the queue. Too long really. Too much chatting with customers at the tills.

Was feeling bit rubbish after getting our A levels results. When we arrived met a server called Sidney who gave fantastic service and turned our day around. Brilliant place would recommend!!!!!

Outlet smells of a Dirty Mop. Health and Hygiene should do a check on this Costa!!!Queue was long, 15 mins wait in Queue. Paid for Large cappuccino & got a medium, rectified but in to a take away cup as no other cups available. Try washing up the stack of cups on the table... My full fat coffee had the rest of the skinny cappuccino milk put on top... Costa really gone downhill at this outlet. Large latte should contain 3-4 shots of coffee not 2 as always served at nearly every Costa I had been to.Need more than 2 servers working & pay attention to receipts!!
