I always seem to have a really good time in every costa I go to. The staff in here seem happy like they're really enjoying their job. It also helps that the air conditioning is good. Please never stop serving Frappes they're my favourite :)

This is absolutely abysmal customer service! They have the audacity to advertise food delivery in a mere 15 minutes, but in reality, it will consume a mind-numbing 2 hours of your precious time just to get the food to your doorstep. If they can't even manage to keep up with their own advertised times, why on earth are they in the business of wasting people's time with their abominable service? It's beyond atrocious!

I visited your Costa in the Parade inn Swindon, today at 09:00, my Dad and I had a latte each and sat in, the girl behind never warmed the glasses and admitted it to her male colleague, she spilt all water everywhere, and we ended up with a cold drink each, we are not impressed. She was too busy talking and not watching what she was doing

I have never had any problems with this place myself the staff were always welcoming and very helpful, however today was much different, when I got to the till to pay for my items I had handed the man a ten pound note which would’ve covered the cost which was about £9.50 however I had quickly noticed that I had a folded up ten pound note and a fiver folded up inside it, I told the man what had happened and asked for my five pound note back, he then argued with me about the matter and said there was no other note, he then gave me my change back from the ten pound note, this left me wondering who to speak to about this I reported this to another member of staff who then said she would find the manager for me, the manger was absent so I had to speak to the same man who was clearly in charge due to the managers absence, I proceeded to then tell him that I saw the five pound note folded up and that I had the money before I left, he then told me that he would check the security cameras, and got a piece of paper to write down my contact details, just as I finished writing these down he comes back with the five pound note saying it fell on the floor and angrily handed it to me and continued with his shift, I found this overall experience very overwhelming considering my age, I would’ve much appreciated an apology as it felt like he was simply giving it back to get me to leave.

I have never really had a problem with any Costa. They usually have a good deal, and the coffee is good. I think it's the first cappuccino I've ordered that tastes like a reheated cortado with foam, it's the only very bad coffee I've ever drunk in a Costa, it has disappointed me a lot. Hours before I had another one and it tasted like always, this place in Swindon has disappointed me a lot.
