Really bad service, the blond lady and the boy were just not interested in serving the customers other than the hospital staff… we had to wait in the queue to order for at least 15min and than to get the coffee another 10min… the staff who came after us got their coffee before us. Never again getting coffee from here.

This is a pleasant Costa Coffee, apart from the toilet facility, which is poorly maintained and dirty!!!!! Handle is falling off the door, with screws hanging out- accident waiting to happen. This toilet facility is extremely dirty- build up of dirt on floor and around all floor and wall furniture!!!!!! Health hazard.

They were understaffed but that's not the fault of the 2 people who did show up to work! For only being second in the queue I do think waiting nearly 15 mins for a coffee is pretty bad though. I will say their gingerbread latte is definitely my favourite seasonal drink I've tried at any coffee shop this year so I'll definitely be back.

Went to costa in Brynmawr with some work colleagues, we had just been made redundant and were discussing next steps. We each bought 2 drinks one colleague bought a toasted sandwich. A total of 6 times we went up to the counter and not once were we told about the parking charge, or the time limit on our stay by any member of staff. None of us saw the signage either going in or coming out! Disgusting practice by costa I am totally appalled that all three of us got a £100 fine. I will not use costa again I will take my money and buy my coffee elsewhere in future. Shame on you costa!!

Beware of 2 hour limit - £100 fine from Britannia - no obvious signage - certainly didn’t expect it when meeting friend for brunch! Won’t meet there again

I ordered a salted caramel frappe with extra caramel for my daughter WITHOUT coffee, I brought it up to my daughter (who CANNOT under any circumstances have coffee) she tried a small bit and informed me it tasted funny, I then tried it and it did without have coffee in it.I went to return it only to be told that it did not have coffee in and it was just the extra salted caramel. This is not true there definitely was coffee in there. She has ordered the same this morning and it didn’t taste as if it had coffee in.This is extremely disappointing and serious.

Appalling service today. I was in hospital waiting to be seen and my husband went to get coffee and something to eat. He made a mistake in the order, which he immediately apologised for and said was his fault. The male staff member so was unbelievably rude he actually couldn't quite believe it. A lady behind in the queue was equally shocked. Given its position in a hospital where many are vulnerable or having difficult days etc, a bit of empathy and politeness goes a long way. Shocking service.
Painfully SLOW service!!If you’re in a rush for coffee or in need for food quickly, just don’t bother, go to the canteen opposite it’s so much quicker… even if the canteen has an extensive queue…That said it’s a Costa, perfectly good coffee and food we would just like to be served in less than a 20min wait.Regular visitor (2-3 times a week) and regularly go to the canteen opposite!

Clearing own table all the time but it's the sanitizing - never see it - it's so random. No proper cleaningbwhen people leave. I won't be going there anymore as I get ill or worried I'll get ill every time I go there. Dirty tissues,people coughing and sneezing all over tables and sitting babies on tables !!! Nappy in contact with table, sticky tables, snot tissues on tables, tables not cleared and when they are cleared, they leave wet,crumbs,milk and coffee stains on tables. No regard for hygiene and with all the infections going around - I'm sick of it now - filthy reception for customers who have to clean their own and some toilet doors are black with dirt. Basic hygiene not there. No hygiene standards. They sell food!!!

Was certainly not worth the £100 parking ticket. I had high hopes that this was somewhere I could go to frequently, to meet friends and work, those hopes are dashed. Will not be returning again.
