The first drink I ordered wasn't available. The second drink I ordered didn't come made as advertised. I asked for an orange hot chocolate to which I was asked if I wanted cream, my reply yes if its dairy swirl. It wasn't. My annoyance at this is every store I go to fobs you off that they've ran out of dairy swirl when in truth they just cannot be bothered to make it because whipping cream is easier. A lot like most Costas you're used to! But it was very very crowded indeed when I was in there and no one was bothering with masks at all which is surprising in a healthy care setting. Same coffee as usual but did feel sorry for the two people working as it seemed like there needed to be a lot more!

This is a pleasant Costa Coffee, apart from the toilet facility, which is poorly maintained and dirty!!!!! Handle is falling off the door, with screws hanging out- accident waiting to happen. This toilet facility is extremely dirty- build up of dirt on floor and around all floor and wall furniture!!!!!! Health hazard.
